The staff, position, bar prices and food are all excellent value and the position of the hotel is perfect for visiting the Granada Festival of Music and dance.
The Hotel is used by the organisers of the festival to accomodate the performers, Unfortunately, on this visit there were 120 members of the Ballet company and their orchestra who continued to come back to their rooms noisily until 2.30 a.m. and I did not get to sleep until at least 3.00 a.m.. I awoke at 5.15 and the young dancers in the room backing onto mine were still talking and laughing and I could neither get the room phone to work to speak either to reception or to their room to ask them to be quiet. I think it is esential that the hotel puts up notices in the lifts and corridors leading to the berooms to ask people to make as little noise as possible between midnight and 6.00 a.m. particularly as their rooms seem to have no soundproofing whatsoever

My room was super comfortable, and the pool area was refreshing. Breakfast was plentiful, but the coffee wasn't as strong as I'd like. I would definitely come back!
